Yes, this is him...hard to believe he could do something so bad...LOL!
This is Oscar, my husband was out in the desert and watched someone drive in and drop him off and leave!!!!! So my husband picked him up and we've been spoiling him like rotten and he is the sweetest thing I can't believe someone wouldn't want him! He's awesome and I'm so happy he came into our lives :)

Well, he is sweet looking and adorable and I can't believe someone did that, either. People need to take care of the creatures and I'm glad your family was there to help this little angel
